LV STEAM ROLLERS will provide a Working Foreman with the experience to put a show in beginning at the First Day of move-in until the Last Day of move-out. The Foreman will have the knowledge and experience to perform Show Floor Layout markings for Aisle Carpet installation, read Aisle Carpet prints , breakdown zones that will need to be spotted and installed on carpet night, and delegate zones to Leadmen. The Foreman will provide Highlighted prints to Leadmen for their designated areas for spotting and installation.

Leadmen will run crews with the full knowledge of focusing on the targets and times all work need to be done at 100% for each day of the production schedule. The Foreman will complete all “ Early Points for the Aisle Carpet production schedule. This may include Entryways , Columns, Service Desks , Association Booths and Registration areas. These areas can be covered with “ Reinforced Visqueen “ for protection throughout the move-in of the show. The Foreman will also manage all labor hours including Time-in/Time-out of all workers.
