INSTALLING Booth Carpets/Pad: we provide

LV Steam Rollers will provide a Working Foreman that will have the knowledge and experience to put a show in from the Move-In day to Move-Out deadline. The Foreman will have the ability to do show floor layout markings to determine Booth Carpet orientations. The Foreman will read Booth Prints and will be able to prioritize completing Association or Managment Booth needs including correct date(s) and time(s) of sensitivity. The Working Foreman will utilize a Leadman on the crew to spot carpet and pad into “ Zones “ that have been broken down within the “ Targeted Area(s) “ of the show floor. The Foreman will be concentrating on completing “ Targets “ 100% for each day staying within a production schedule.

The Foreman will be responsible for making sure all Power Cables , Cat 5 , Plumbing and any other “ Floor Work “ is completed before installing Booth Carpet. The Foreman will direct Leadmen and workers on how to get the job completed On Time and will track all labor hours and the Time-in/Time-out for all workers.

  • OPERATORS THAT ARE ABLE TO load and unload trucks.
  • OUR OPERATORS ARE ABLE TO read prints and spot Single layer and Double layer pad, and Booth Carpet.
  • LEADMAN IS ABLE TO direct and delegate tasks to crews.
  • LEADMAN IS ABLE TO perform Booth Compliance Checks to make sure all installations are 100% ( that includes Power, Pad , Floor Work and Color of carpet is being installed correctly ).
  • OUR TEAM IS ABLE TO provide tear-out services after show closes. This includes rolling up carpet and pad, picking up carpet and pad and racking for shipping ( OPERATORS ) , Loading out “ ALL “ loaded carpet and pad racks into shipping trailers for return to warehouse storage or return to client.
